About Equilibrion
Equilibrion Limited is a new company with a clear purpose and vision to enable and ultimately deploy nuclear energy solutions to make a meaningful reduction in the global use of fossil fuels for heat, transport, and industry while delivering a more prosperous future for all.
We bring a new perspective on how nuclear technology can deliver positive outcomes for the world and apply extensive nuclear sector and wider energy sector to be a catalyst for the energy transition.
This is delivered through both our consulting and project development functions.
Our consulting activities are focused on providing best-in-class service to our customers in both the nuclear industry and wider energy sectors. Our clients draw on our unique blend of expertise to help achieve their organisational goals and we benefit from a high proportion of repeat business owed in part to our focus on building collaborative, long-lasting customer relationships.
Our project development business is focused on bringing forward the next generation of nuclear energy projects, by utilising nuclear to deliver decarbonisation across the energy system and enabling energy-end users to access the low-carbon energy nuclear provides. Eq.flight is our solution to produce Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) at scale from nuclear energy and is a key focus of our project development efforts, working with collaborators from across the value chain, we plan to demonstrate the technology by late 2020’s and reach commercial operation by mid-2030’s to produce millions of tonnes of aviation fuel.
Achieving our goals includes a significant effort in advocating for nuclear solutions, ensuring policy enables rather than blocks development and working with government and across the energy sector to enable national goals to be secured including creating new jobs, mitigating climate change and better enabling the UK to grow green industrial output.
Equilibrion is a start-up organisation and we are keen to build a strong company culture in line with the values that are important to us and you, based upon our experience in working in large corporate cultures. These are as follows:

- We recognise achievements big and small. We know how important fair recognition is to building the confidence of the whole team, and we strive to recognise the big and small moments
- We are disciplined and prioritise, maintaining our focus on activities that can deliver value for our business and the greatest future impact. We all seek a happy work life balance, and a disciplined structure helps to deliver this
