Eq.flight is Equilibrion’s solution to using nuclear energy to enable large-scale SAF production, tackling one of the defining global challenges of our time: decarbonising aviation while building a secure and resilient energy future. 

Aviation requires vast volumes of low-carbon fuel, but current pathways cannot deliver at the scale, reliability, or cost needed. With policies around the world now mandating supply, the market opportunity is significant and immediate. 

Nuclear-enabled SAF uses nuclear energy to power aviation fuel production, providing a constant, low-carbon energy source that enables large-scale, reliable output, creating a global opportunity. 

Delivering this requires world-class partnerships and supply chains. We are currently bringing together high-quality partners in the areas of: 

• Technology – the sub-systems required to deliver SAF production within the Eq.flight commercial systems; 

• Engineering – to deliver an optimal process and engineered system; 

• Construction – for optimal fleet plant deployment with lower risk; 

• Offtakers and infrastructure – Those with a vested interest in the fuel supply chain; 

• Fuel users that can play an enabling role in delivery and deployment. 

This will create a team capable of delivering at scale and sustaining it globally, comprising partners that are motivated to contribute to the design of the delivery model and to play an active, long-term role within a trusted, outcome-focused delivery team aligned to programme performance.
